Being in leadership roles of any kind, is one of the hardest, and most rewarding jobs. It robs us of time, energy, patience, and self-care …. and then swarms us with pride and joy as we witness our teams and companies succeed.

The problem:  it gets lonely.  Decision making, holding people accountable, and having hard conversations all deplete our ability to remain positive sometimes and ostracizes us to a point of feeling alone.  The good news: we are not alone.  There are many people feeling the same way, and they are on a daily mission of learning how to run successful companies and still find peace and joy.
